Fitness Dance Series is designed for busy urbanites, especially for office ladies.

Tutors teach a range of stretching in music with strong rhythm to allow you

easy to get into the music and the steps. And those steps are designated to lose weight,

strengthen your muscles and also consume fats which stored in those

easy-to-be accumulated parts, e.g. waist, belly, arms, thighs and hips.
